Greg Martin
Principal / Commercial and Litigation Solicitor
Greg is the principal of the firm and a senior solicitor of over 35 years’ experience. He has practised in litigation for the whole of his career, including commercial law, family law, wills and estates litigation, extensive commercial litigation, criminal law and personal injury litigation. He is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
Legal education is Greg’s passion and he regularly chairs seminars for other lawyers, as well as presenting at both university and for national and international legal seminar groups.
Greg has 11 years’ experience teaching law at Western Sydney University, lecturing in Criminal Law, Advanced Torts, Contracts and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Greg’s experience and big picture approach enables him to solve all problems on behalf of his clients, often approaching legal issues from outside the box to present cost effective and quick solutions.
