Martin Bullock Lawyers supports Oxfam Australia. Oxfam tackles poverty under the belief that all lives are equal and that no-one should live in poverty.
Oxfam not only provides charity relief for aid and development, gender equality, workers’ rights Indigenous Australians, and for food and climate, it also campaigns for change in an attempt to eradicate poverty both in Australia and across the world.
One of our employees, Tim, will be participating in Oxfam Trailwalker next weekend. Trailwalker is a charity endurance event held in Sydney, and in cities around the world. Teams of four walk 100km through the bush in under 48 hours (or 50km in under 24 hours).
Tim and his teammates will be testing their minds and bodies in order to help Oxfam fight poverty.
Martin Bullock Lawyers supports Tim and has sponsored him in his Trailwalker endeavours. If you want to donate to Tim’s team (or to another Trailwalker team), then follow this link.
For further information about Oxfam’s work generally, including how you might be able to work with them or even leave them a gift in your Will, have a look at their website.
At Martin Bullock Lawyers, we share Oxfam’s goal of eradicating poverty and creating a fairer society through diversity, tolerance and compassion.
